This had to be one of the oddest days in the life of Weeds, but a great day.
Where do we start? Andy, who was left at the boarder last episode, ended up tagging along with some illegals crossing the boarder, leading to his shooting of the trafficker after learning he was abusing them. This resulted in the addition of two more people to the Botwin clan.
As for the situation with Celia, just before she’s shot in the head by Guiermo, Nancy saves her by claiming she’s her ‘associate’ – something Guiermo assumes means she’s actually Nancy’s lover. He seems to become convinced after Nancy takes the gun out of Guiermo’s hand and uses it to knock one of Celia’s teeth out.
Meanwhile, back at the house, Silas decided to build a grow-room because “closets don’t get towed.” But in the process of installing some ventilation, he inadvertently finds a bee hive in the wall – fun in sues.
Back to Nancy and her ‘job,’ Guiermo has decided to have her manage a maternity store in the mall. While this is a bit confusing to her, it turns out the mall happens to be right on the boarder and the store has a tunnel below it, the other end of which sits a Mexican drug lord.
Next week should be good…
