The episode begins with Nancy wandering down the tunnel she was explicitly told not to go into. At the other end she sees a man in a suite with a cigar – definitely appears to be the “boss.” When she is spotted, they grab her and lead her back to the other end where her store is located – “you did not see anything” she’s told.
Back at the house, the guys are all planning the estate sale, after taking a few things for themselves. Then, following his less than enjoyable human smuggling experience from last episode, Andy suggests to Doug that they become ‘coyotes’ themselves – “a Jet Blue of coyotes.”
At the estate sale, Brad’s mom, aka “Yoga Butt,” shows up to look at the items, but leaves with more of an interest in Silas. When she returns later that day to supposedly ask for a poster her son wants, Silas ends up leaving with her to take a walk on the beach.
Meanwhile, after helping a customer carry a table out to his car, Nancy is hooded and thrown into the trunk of a car. When the hood is finally removed, she’s standing in the apartment or office of the man she saw at the other side of the tunnel. He threatens her that she should not be asking questions about him and that she must be punished – “maybe with a spanking.” He is then interrupted by his men and tells her that she is to go home and will not be killed “for now.” On her way back to the garage to use the tunnel, she notices a poster of the man in the suit – he is the mayor of that city.
