Traveling Salesmen - 1/11/07

Last night’s episode of The Office was full of surprises. We see Dwight come in late to a sales meeting because he was doing something to save Angela from getting into trouble. Andy takes the opportunity to call out Dwight by quipping “Hey Dwight, can you pass the tardy sauce?” Michael tells the sales team that they are going to split up into pairs and go out on sales calls. Hey Mon! Michael returns from his vacation in Jamaica refreshed and relaxed, with a braid in his hair and a steel drum strapped to his chest. Inspired by the laid back, have fun attitude of the Jamaican people, Michael looks to instill a similar mindset into the Scranton branch. There were so many great moments in this special Christmas episode of The Office, that they needed a full hour to get it all in. Carol breaks up with Michael after she discovers the Christmas cards he’s been sending out. The cover of the card is a photo of a ski trip that Carol took with her ex-husband and two children, but Michael has used Photoshop to insert himself in place of her ex.
