Submissions

TVBB will not accept or consider creative materials, ideas, or suggestions other than those we specifically request. This is to avoid any misunderstandings if your ideas are similar to those we have developed independently. Therefore, we must request that you do NOT send to us any original creative materials such as pitches, treatments, show ideas, contest or promotional concepts, screenplays, stories, original artwork, or anything that could be considered to be creative content. Any communication or material you do transmit to the Site by electronic mail or otherwise will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Anything you transmit or post shall be deemed the property of and may be used by TVBB for any purpose, including, but not limited to, reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast and posting. Furthermore, TVBB is free to use and shall be deemed to own, any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in any communication you send to the Site for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products using such information. Disclosure, submission, or offer of any submissions to the Site shall constitute an assignment to TVBB of all worldwide rights, titles, and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in such submission. Email Communications

We may offer free newsletters to share information with you about the Site. You may receive a newsletter either by registering for a particular newsletter or in conjunction with a special feature or membership for which you have registered on the Site. You may opt in or out of receiving email from TVBigBoard.com at any time by signing into your account, clicking on the “Edit Profile” button under “MY TVBB” and checking or unchecking the boxes listed under “Opt-in.” When you open an HTML-formatted email (a message that includes graphics) from the Site, we include a Web Beacon (an electronic image known as a “single-pixel GIF”) that will send us a confirmation that you opened the email, if your computer supports such capabilities.

Invite a Friend Program

The “Invite a Friend” Program allows you the opportunity to earn bonus BigBoard Buicks by inviting your friends to join TVBigBoard.com. The email addresses you submit to the program are sent a one-time email invitation to register on the Site. The email addresses are stored solely for the purpose of tracking any subsequent registrations on the Site so we may award you the bonus BigBoard Bucks you earn as a result of these referrals. The email addresses are not disclosed to any third parties and will not be sent any other emails from TVBigBoard.com unless they opt-in to receive such mailings at the time of registration.

A Special Note About Children

TVBigBoard requires that individuals be at least 13 years of age to become a Member. Accordingly, we do not intend to collect Personal Information from anyone we know to be under 13 years of age.

BigBoard Entertainment, Inc. encourages parents to spend time online with their children. We urge parents to instruct their children to never give out their real names, addresses or phone numbers, without permission, when using the Internet. Other technologies used include clear GIFs and IP address logging. Clear GIFs (a.k.a. web bugs, beacons or tags) are small graphic images placed on a web page, web-based document, or in an e-mail message. Clear GIFs are invisible to the user because they are typically very small (only 1-by-1 pixel) and the same color as the background of the web page, document or e-mail message. We do not use clear GIFs to collect personal information about you. However, we may use clear GIFs to capture statistical usage information for our web pages, features or other elements on a web page. BigBoard Entertainment, Inc. also maintains log files which contain Internet Protocol (”IP”) addresses. An IP address is a numeric address that is assigned to your computer by your Internet Service Provider. In general, we only use log files to monitor traffic on our Web sites, to report aggregate information to our advertisers and to troubleshoot technical problems. In the event of user abuse of our websites, however, we may block certain IP addresses or console IDs provided by our licensed hardware manufacturers. IP addresses and console IDs may be linked to personal information.

What happens to the information provided?

BigBoard Entertainment, Inc. does not disclose any personal information about children under 18 years of age who have registered on our website to third parties, regardless of parental consent, or share or disclose personal information other than as set forth in this policy, provided however, that in the event of a merger, acquisition, or the unlikely event of bankruptcy, management of BigBoard Entertainment, Inc.’s customer information may be transferred to its successor or assign.

If you register to become a member of BigBoard Entertainment, Inc., your username is reserved for you. However, TVBigBoard reserves the right to terminate any account opened with a username deemed objectionable by TVBigBoard. If such a username is identified, TVBigBoard will first make an effort to contact the member via the member’s registered email address and allow the username to be changed to an approved username before termination occurs.

Members may register for other services from our site. If you opt-in to any of these services, we may collect additional information requested by a service provider and pass this information, together with all other registration information (including personal information), to that service provider. Use of your information by a service provider will be governed by that service provider’s terms of service and privacy policy.
