Season 4: Eggtown. Kate Flashforward - 2/21/08
Why can’t Dan remember 3 cards? And more importantly, why is this the most important question that I want answered at this point in Season 4?
Even though Locke has a detonated grenade in Miles mouth - to the point where if he drops it, he will die - in an effort to find out why this team of people came to the island. Even though Kate and Jack apparently have a child together - when did they sleep together? Even though Kate was brought to trial, even as all episodes to this point seem to indicate that the “Oceanic 6″ can get special treatment if and when they need it (i.e. Hurley given the opportunity - however creepy the man was, and without the knowledge of where they really would’ve taken him - to go to a nice mental institution). Even though the helicopter may or may not have landed on the ship. Even though over 3 seasons and 4 episodes, we are no more knowledgeable about ANYTHING having to do with this island - hint, hint writers…stop stringing us along, throw us some sort of bone. A real bone - not these subtle bones, which only answers the following question - what other questions can you introduce? Even after such a long paragraph - what I want to know most at this moment in time is why Dan (the bearded guy who came with Miles and the rest of the team - who kind of looks like Charlie…) could only remember 2 out of 3 cards…
