10/18/07 - The Heart of the Matter
In the fourth episode of Grey’s Anatomy season 4 (four) the hyped ‘fight’ between Izzy and Callie comes to a head…though there is no fight. Callie wanted to speak with Izzy, and while it seemed like the entire resident/intern team was waiting in the cafeteria for some drama, there was none. Although Callie forgives George initially, it is clear that she does not. Alex, already showing animosity towards George in the last episode, is furious at Izzy for sleeping with her…Jealous? McDreamy, after convincing Meredith to spend a weekend in wine country with him, decides against continuing their unofficial relationship. He says that he will wait for her to be ready for marriage, but we shall see! Lastly, Chief Webber and his wife seem to be on the outs again because he will not convince their niece to undergo intense cancer treatment, when she does not want to.
