Pieces of My Heart

The second consecutive depressing episode of Grey’s Anatomy - a rarity for this show - showed a few rays of optimistic sunlight. Here’s a quick rundown of Pieces of My Heart. Dr. Hahn is developing a crush on Callie - no wonder she wouldn’t hook up with McSteamy. Meredith and McDreamy work together for the first time since the break up and enjoy it. Izzy and George are beginning to find their respective niches in the new world order at Seattle Grace. George with his intern friends, and Izzy with her newfound confidence in the Hospital. Cristina finally drums up the courage to confront Dr. Hahn about why she won’t mentor her. the viewers learn - not entirely surprisingly - that it’s because Cristina reminds Dr. Hahn of herself.

Stay tuned for the inevitable McDreamy and Meredith get back together.
