This week was the last audition before the Vegas weeks. Among the highlights were a young father, XL, performing a John Legend tune Piers liked better than the Legend’s original, Michael Harrison, a creative vetriluquist who pulled someone out of the crowd to be the puppet and a 40 year old single mother with a voice that gives her “a great chance at winning America’s Got Talent.” Among the lowlights were Perry Zanett, the self-proclaimed “greatest American thespian” and Ronny B, this year’s Leonard the Magnificant without the feathers.
