24’s major plotline is over but there’s still 6 episodes left. What does 24 do? They extend the plot (less serious but just as intense) heavy dosage of Jack trying to rescue Audrey from Cheng while jeopardizing Russian defense technology and protocols. -Jack and Chloe are at it again! Working beneath the surface to free Audrey from Cheng (a Chinese government official). Morris finds out and forces Chloe to tell Bill. Bill no longer trusts Chloe.
-President Palmer collapses because of a brain hemorrhage and Vice President Daniels wastes no time in taking over as President. Right before he was about to resign at President Palmers request.
-VP Daniels orders Jack’s operation to rescue Chloe dead. Jack is going to bait Cheng with a chip from one of the nuclear bombs containing Russian intelligence in exchange for Audrey. Of course Jack does not plan on providing Cheng with the chip but under VP Daniels (even though President Palmer gave Jack the OK) the mission is dead. CTU is now racing to stop Jack from this meeting with Cheng.
